There are two ways to get on our list:

Plan 1 - Reservation deposit is $5,000.
This allows you to select up to three floor plans. You may also elect to be active or inactive on each plan you select.

Plan 1A - Reservation deposit is $1,000.
This is for persons choosing only the "A" floor plan. You may choose to be active or inactive on this plan as well.

Download the forms below and submit the Priority Reservation Agreement form with a personal check or money order by mail or by dropping off at the front desk of our community. If you have any questions please let us know.

A reservation program has been established to enable prospective resident members to reserve a particular type (or types) of unit and secure priority for a unit as they become available. A reservation deposit is required, which will be applied to the share cost at the time of purchase, or refunded as desired. The deposit will bear simple interest payable at time of share purchase or time of the deposit refund. Wait list times vary according to floor plan selections.
