GUEST ROOMS
Guest rooms are provided for the convenience of guests of residents of 7500 York Cooperative.
Reservations are to made in advance by calling the Business Office,
952-835-1010 during business hours, or with the Security Desk on weekends or after 3:15pm.
Current Daily Charges, subject to change:

$10.00 rollaway in guest room per night

To assure proper cleaning time for incoming guests, there will be a fee charged to the resident for late checkouts.
In an effort to be fair to all members and their families, the guidelines stated below are followed in accepting reservations. Any requests that do not fall within these guidelines will be subject to review by management.
Maximum Stay - Seven (7) nights
Maximum Number of Rooms that may be reserved - Two (2) per unit
Maximum Number of Rooms that may be reserved at holiday time - One (1) per family
Holiday Policy - To reserve guest rooms for the Thanksgiving or Christmas holidays, please submit your request by September 1st and October 1st respectively. The requests will be assigned a number at random at the September and October Furnishings Committee meetings, and residents will be allowed to make their reservations in this order. Any rooms not reserved by this method will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Linens will be furnished and the beds made by the Housekeeping Department. Maid service is not provided - Housekeeping will clean the room and launder linens after the guests have checked out. 7500 York Cooperative will furnish the bedding.
Members will furnish miscellaneous items such as towels, soap, and shampoo for their guests. Extra trash bags for the wastebaskets are located in the drawers. (Please use plastic waste bags for disposable diapers.)​
An emergency pull cord is located on the wall next to the bed. It may be used to summon a “First Response” responder in the event of a medical emergency.
